What unit sizes do you offer?

We offer the following unit sizes: 5m2, 8m2, 14m2 (Equivalent to a 20ft container), and 16m2 (larger than a 20ft container). All our units are about 2 meters in height so there's plenty of space to stack up.

How do I book a unit?

We offer a fully automated online booking process! Simply go to our website (www.iccselfstorage.com), select the unit size that suits you best, see our real-time availability for your unit size on our digital sitemap and select your exact unit location, register your tenancy and desired start date, pay for your unit online, and you're done. You will receive an email conformation of your booking and your copy invoice for your payment.

How can I pay my invoices?

You can pay your invoices online through our secure online payment gateway when you first book your storage unit. Once you do this your card will be securely registered with us and automatically charged each month (or other payment cycles) for your amount due. This way, you never run behind on your payments. It's easy, simple, and secure!. Other options for payment are via bank transfer. You can also simply drop by in person at our facility and pay your invoice via POS or in cash.

What are your opening hours for access to my unit?

Monday to Friday: 7am to 10pm. Saturday: 8am to 6pm. Sundays: closed.

What's the standard duration of your lease agreement?

The standard duration of our lease agreement is a minimum of 12 months. If your requirement is different please contact us directly to discuss.

Do you have carts, trollies, and dollies onsite to facilitate the on and offloading of our belongings?

Yes we do. We have plenty of these onsite to help make your move ins, move outs, and all movements in in between easier.

Do you have Wi-Fi and other amenities onsite?

Yes we do. We provide our tenants with complimentary Wi-Fi while onsite. Furthermore, our facility is fully climate controlled, well lit, provide 24/ 7 CCTV security, has a WC onsite for your comfort, and has plenty of parking to make your movements with us much easier.
